Our shipping charges are as follows:
R90 nationwide excluding outside areas as per the Courier guy website.
Lead time for in stock items:
Shipping for in stock items will typically ship out next business day once payment has reflected in our account.
Lead time for pre-order items:
Shipping for pre-orders takes between 2-3 weeks. Kindly note that these dates are not guaranteed as production delays may occur.

Return and Exchange Policy
- Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition. Unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
- Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package. The item will be reviewed and should the item be a factory defect we will replace the item for you at no extra cost.
- In case the following conditions are not met, noah-and-nala.co.za reserves the right to charge 15% handling fee or refuse the return.
- The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase - items and packaging must be received in new condition and original packaging - the original manufacturers packaging must not be damaged - packaging must include all original items.

- Kindly note the return or exchange will be at your own expense and will be your responsibility to arrange for the collection by the courier.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return & Exchange policy.
